Return & Refund Policy – GoBazar

At GoBazar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged)


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the case.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The replacement will be shipped after the returned item is received.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), GoBazar will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
