At GoBazar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Clearance or sale items (unless damaged)
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the case.
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The replacement will be shipped after the returned item is received.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), GoBazar will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
